The individual must be able to prove the following:
1. Ability to lead strategic projects and programs
2. Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
3. Strong administration skills
4. Certification in Project Management by a reputable international Project Management organisation
5. Design processes for execution of successful projects
6. Understanding of project budgeting processes
7. Focused and highly structured
8. Matured in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
9. Ability in leading people deliver strategic projects
10. Ability to engage with multidisciplinary stakeholders
11. Facilitation & negotiation skills
12. Report writing to Senior Management
13. Attention to detail

The person will do the following tasks amongst others:
1. Head the Project Management Office (PMO) of the organisation
2. Lead and support project managers in delivering various projects
3. Making sure that all projects are delivered within stipulated SLAs
4. Develop project governance protocols of the organisation
5. Communicating with clients and chairing project steering committee meetings
6. Prepare reports for overall program performance to the COO
7. Conduct projects health checks to ensure successful implementation of projects
8. Signoff reports to Clients from Project Managers
9. Responsible for all project resources in the PMO

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Post matric qualification in Management or Administration
2. Certification in Project Management by a reputable project management organisation
3. More than 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager
