The individual must be able to prove the following:

4. Implement processes in executing projects
5. Preparing project reports
6. Focused and highly structured
7. Attention to detail
8. Facilitation skills
9. Ability to engage multidisciplinary stakeholders
10. Fluency in MS Suite including MS Projects

The person will do the following tasks amongst others:
1. Lead project in a highly fluid environment
2. Ensure projects are executed following a predefined project framework
3. Chair weekly project team meetings
4. Enforce project SLAs in execution of projects
5. Communicating with clients and chairing project steering committee meetings, clear understanding of project scope
6. Work with Project Accountant in preparing and tracking project budget
7. Prepare project information for project health checks
8. Prepare project reports for the Client and Program Manager
9. Manage and lead all project execution resources (incl Human, Finance and Tools)

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Post matric qualification in Project Management
2. More than 5 years’ experience in a project management supporting role
